These sunvisors from Acme Auto Headlining feature the correct design for a 1969 Camaro hardtop down to the evenly stitched bindings and the metal pins and tips. These sunvisors are constructed with metal rods that are welded into a metal sleeve. Then the sleeve is wire-stitched to a cardboard substrate. To ensure a tight, wrinkle-free appearance, the vinyl and padding are dielectrically sealed around the perimeter. To guarantee a clean straight edge, the double-turned binding is sewn to the cardboard.
